To give you a better understanding of what it’s like to live at The Retreat, we’ve created a typical day for residents benefiting from our care:

7:00-9:00 am Gentle wake and morning care with our Daily TLC Breakfast Morning paper, music, daily news, outdoor coffee group 9:15-11:00 am Living Each Day activities in small groups or one-to-one exercise, trivia, readings, games, massage or manicures 10:00 am Snacks, drinks and friendship program 11:30 am Lunch 12:30-1:00 pm Quiet activities or garden enjoyment 1:00-2:00 pm Living Each Day special projects such as baking, arts and gardening (naps are welcomed) 2:30-3:15 pm Social hour with ladies or mens groups, holiday parties, table games or active discussions 3:15-4:00 pm Snacks, drinks and friendship program 5:15 pm Dinner 6:30-7:30 pm Movie specials, sunset watching or music 7:30 pm Evening Snack and Daily TLC for bed.
